You Arrive As

The woman who has built a good life — but something inside her whispers, I want more meaning, more aliveness.

You've worked hard. You feel blessed and grateful. But you sense that in some ways, you are out of alignment. You've been carrying stories and fears and old beliefs that are holding you back — and you're ready to set them down.

You Leave As

The woman who feels light, clear, and excited to live into her values.

Maybe it's about creating more honest relationships. Maybe it's about pursuing work that enlivens rather than depletes. Whatever that looks like for you — you leave with the clarity, courage, and energy to go get it.

"The value isn't in the vacation. It's in the breakthrough."

What We'll Do Together

More than a retreat.
A coaching container.

Alive & Aligned isn't a spa. There are thousands of those. What makes this different is the coaching at the center of it. Chelsea and Hala will hold space for you to get honest about what stories and fears are running your life — and help you dismantle them, gently and completely, through workshops, live coaching, breathwork, and conversation that actually goes somewhere.

Breathwork session

The Work

We go where words alone can't reach.

Intensive breathwork journeys go beyond the thinking mind — into the body, into the nervous system, into the places where the old stories actually live. Chelsea's breathwork practice is expansive, safe, and genuinely transformative. Many women describe their sessions as the most profound experiences of their lives.

No prior experience needed — sessions are fully guided and beginner-friendly. We do ask participants to share any relevant health information before arrival. A simple intake form is sent upon booking.

Private home interior

The Container

Casa Amixtli — steps from the Pacific.

You'll stay in Casa Amixtli — a beachfront private home near Zihuatanejo on Mexico's Pacific coast in the MUSA development. Healthy, fresh local food prepared by a private chef. Rest time built into every day. Optional massages. The natural beauty of the place does its own work — it opens you before the programming even begins.

Private home at MUSA

The Setting

MUSA — a boutique refuge along the Pacific coastline.

Fly into ZIH, a 3.5-hour nonstop flight from LAX. A short, easy ride from the airport brings you to MUSA, where your casa awaits. MUSA lies on 177 acres of raw coastline in Guerrero, Mexico. From the moment you step on the sand here, your nervous system begins to unwind — making space for rest and inspiration.

Your Days

Five days designed to unwind and clarify.

Intentional. Barefoot. Grounding. An invitation for your body to arrive before the day begins.

Yoga & Somatic Movement

As you unwind tension in the body, you begin to release emotional blocks — allowing you to tap into your senses and intuition.

Workshops & Live Coaching

The heart of the retreat. Structured exploration of what's been holding you back and how to compassionately let go.

Rest, Food & Massages

Private chef. Free time to simply be. Optional massage. Nourishment from the inside and out.

Common Questions

Do I need prior experience with yoga or breathwork?

Not at all. Both are designed to welcome complete beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Chelsea adapts every session to the individuals in the room. All you need is an open mind.

Is breathwork safe?

Yes — all sessions are guided by Chelsea, who has over 500 hours of breathwork facilitation training. We ask that you share any relevant health information before arrival (including pregnancy, epilepsy, cardiovascular conditions, or severe anxiety). A simple health intake form is sent upon booking.

What's not included in the $3,400?

Flights to and from ZIH are not included. Optional massages are available at an additional cost. Everything else — accommodations, all meals, and the full retreat program — is covered.

How do I get from the airport to MUSA?

Fly into ZIH (Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo International Airport). Once you've booked, we'll be in touch to help coordinate all the details of your arrival — you won't be navigating this alone.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes. Our private chef can accommodate most dietary needs when communicated ahead of time. Simply let us know your requirements when you register and we'll make sure you're taken care of.

Is this designed for solo travelers?

Completely. Most women come on their own — and that's exactly how this experience is designed. You'll be warmly welcomed into a small circle of like-hearted women from the moment you arrive. Many leave having made friendships that last.

Is there community after the retreat?

Yes. All participants are invited into a private WhatsApp group to stay connected, share, and support one another well beyond the five days together.

What should I pack?

Upon booking, we'll send a full welcome packet — including a packing list, a more detailed daily schedule, and everything else you need to arrive prepared and at ease.
